Ingredients
Colomba with gianduia and coffee. Naturally leavened baked product. DOUGH INGREDIENTS:wheat flourtype 00, gianduia chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, PGI Piedmont hazelnut, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla pods from Madagascar),butter, sugar, water, egg yolkegg,natural yeast, honey, malt, salt, coffee powder, vanilla pods from Madagascar.
COVERING INGREDIENTS: gianduia chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, PGI Piedmont hazelnut, cocoa butter,milkwhole powder, vanilla pods from Madagascar). May contain traces of other nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios).Ingredients shown in bold may cause food intolerances and allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
Store in a cool place with temperatures around and not lower than 15°, away from heat and heat sources
direct light. After opening the package, consume within 2-3 days.
